Valve operation A
Valve control takes place through the control
electronics of Type 8605, which converts an

modulation) signal.

比例电磁阀工作原理
它基于电磁开关阀的原理：断电时，弹簧将铁心直接压在阀座上，使阀门关闭。线圈通电时，所产生电磁力克服弹簧力将铁心提起，从而打开阀门。比例电磁阀对电磁开关阀的结构作了一些改动：在任何线圈电流下，使弹簧力与电磁力之间产生平衡。线圈电流的大小或电磁力的大小将影响柱塞的行程和阀门开度，而阀门开度(流量)与线圈电流(控制信号)之间为理想的线性关系。 直动式比例电磁阀的流向为阀座下。介质从阀座下方流入，其作用力的方向与电磁力相同，而与弹簧力相反。因此，需要设置工作状态下对应于工作范围(线圈电流)的大和小流量值。得雷流体的比例电磁阀在断电时都是关闭的(NC，常闭型)。
